Sissy Crossdresser Gay Trans. No, they are not the same

As the "sissy fetish" grows there is a lot of confusion about the "type" of sissy a person is. I have many saying, "I want to suck cock, so that makes me gay." which is not true. Also, there are others using "Transgender" when they talk of things like "chemical castration".  Some of the confusion I find funny, but I understand why it's used in quick fantasies. Others, like transgender, are actually heartbreaking. I had an unfortunate experience of a transgender person I knew taking their own life. So, now, when I'm confronted with someone who believes they are transgender on the phone, I have a disclaimer saying from this point on in the conversation, you are, to be honest with me.
